We meet at the Chowchilla Library at the corner of Kings and First streets in Chowchilla.  

The meeting is from 6PM to 9PM with a business meeting from 6:00 to 6:15PM.

After all business has been conducted, members who have written original, unpublished work are invited to read their work to the group.  Each reading usually takes up to 15 minutes and is followed by 5 minutes of critique.

During the critique, group members limit themselves to the craft of the writing, not the content of the writing.  This is the method we use to help each other grow as professional writers.
